(5 months +):

Saturday January 9, 2010 from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

This class builds on the foundation started in Puppy I. You will learn how to control your dog with less need of a leash; in an environment of increased distraction for a longer period of time. Your dog will learn how stay focused on you despite all of the fun things going on around him/her.

  • Stay (sit and down position), while handler in sight
  • Stay (sit and down position), while handler out of sight
  • Distance control

  • Come when called avoiding all distractions
  • Vehicle control – getting in and out of a car under control
  • Introduction to heeling
  • Settle stays
