To make a reservation for an alternative day, we strongly recommend you
call us at least 48 hours in advance.
Refunds for Daycare and Boarding services are only available if
requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Requests made after
72 hours are subject to being denied.
Full refunds for the remaining of Daycare and Boarding packages
not used, are available in the event of a loss of pet, medical condition, or relocation.
Cancellation without notice/no shows will not be refunded.
NOTE: Boarding is available to ONLY those that attend day
care. Please make all boarding reservations at your earliest convenience.
