:: Flyball
Flyball – Flyball is one of the only team dog sports around and is often called ‘drag racing for dogs”. It pits two teams of four dogs against each other in a relay race. Each dog must successfully run down a lane over 4 jumps, retrieve a ball out of a spring loaded box, and return over the four jumps back down the lane. The dogs do this in succession and the first team to have all four dogs successfully complete the course wins the heat. Flyball is fast, loud, and lots of fun. There are fast dogs and slow dogs, big dogs and little dogs, pure breeds and mixed breeds. As long as your dog is in good physical shape, is well socialized, and enjoys exciting and stimulating environments, Flyball might be the sport for you.
